Heartless– Cold Hands– Chapter 14, Wounded Memories (Poem)

Flames...

Flames…

So, this poem starts out depressingly normal. Or would it be normally depressing? Anyway, it starts out with my typical depressive stuff, and then it takes a turn for the worst. But believe it or not, it is related to Chapter 14 of Cold Hands=P Anyway, yeah. Shorter than the last poem I did, but length isn’t everything. Enjoy. }:D

Physically scarred

Mentally marred

Heart burnt and charred

Nothing left to guard

Memories loiter behind clouded eyes

A manipulative mind and black lies

Past sins, impossibly blind, woeful cries

Emotionlessness refined while soul dies

Everybody scarred

All of them marred

Dead bodies charred

Should have stayed on guard

Tours yruly

    • Ah, yes. My fellow cynic. XD I most certainly won’t stop. I enjoy writing these refreshingly despondent poems. =P
